For many years, Maori had the privilege of sharing her life with two beautiful Bernese Mountain Dogs, Achakos and Tassy. They totally changed her life in many ways. They are always in her heart, and her love and passion for dogs continues to grow. Now, Ooljee, the new Bernese from the SPCA, was added to her family. All pets are as important as valued family members who deserve a happy and healthy life.
Professionally, Maori has worked with animals for over 15 years and she has been teeth cleaning for over 5 years. She is academically has completed and certified the anaesthesia-free canine dental practitioner program at WELL ANIMAL INSTITUTE in Denver, Colorado, taught by Dr. Norman, DVM who specializes in this field.

She is calm, patient and self-motivated. Her professional focus is to provide a safe, peaceful environment for all animals. Specifically, her goal is to provide individualized care for animals that require specialized attention. To this end, she has taken many courses, seminars and workshops focused on pet first aid, massage therapy, aroma therapy, reiki healing and animal psychology to improve her skills and holistic knowledge.
